Yesterday was the first day of what hopefully turns into a fun and relaxing staycation until after the new year. So naturally, I thought to myself what better way to spend the first day than to go fishing!!

We hit up the lake about 1:30pm and fished until 5:00pm. Caught a few the first hour & then it was on!! Birds were working and we started catching them left & right. I invited two friends and only one could make it... I won't call out the other guy though since he's already probably pretty mad about not being able to go after seeing the pics I sent earlier.

Sorry, no lake info.... was accused of poaching last time I gave a full report. Most fish were caught on either blue/chrome or black/chrome rattle trap type baits. A few were on yellow grub tail jigs.

The lakes I fish are EM, Bridgeport, Worth, Texoma, and Grapevine. I'd like to go to Benbrook sometime in the future too.
