 Surfside Jetty - 3rd sandbar help

Hi all,
Anyone here familiar with the Surfside jetty? I was out there a couple weeks ago trying to locate the "3rd sandbar". However, the weather was calm, and I could not identify the 3rd sandbar by watching the waves. How far out is the 3rd sandbar? Could it be right at the end of the wooden rails?

I tried to look at it on google and bing maps, but it seems that both of them took their satellite images on a calm day. lol. I fish SS beach a lot but not the jetty. Typically on SS beach the 3rd sandbar is 2-300 yards out

Thanks. I could easily identify the sandbars from the beach. But from the jetties :-(.
