maybe I'll just make maintenance deal with it...

I like to not bug them unless it's a serious issue, or something that will cost money

Some manf are making cache aerators that do not just screw out. Had a lady in here Friday that tore up a $200 pull-out spray head because the "pro" at Home Depot told her it should just screw off. What brand is the fct?

Hate to say it but Pioneer is considered a throw away faucet in the industry. You will never find parts for it. It is an import faucet that changes from bulk order to bulk order. The cheapest china builder bids on that years order and next year a new builder comes in with a new design. Sorry.
