Does anyone have any reports on Lake of The Pines or Caddo?
Inquiring minds would like to know.

Same here Gene, I got busy last night and didnt get the post up! I am hearing of low water conditions and ramp closures. About to start making some trips to the pines and would like to know which ramps are open on the south end of the lake! Any info is appreciated!

Just checked CORP web site, Hurricane, Johnson, Overlook are open. 5.75' low.

I was out there thursday and friday. Thursday we grindded out a two man limit....took all day. Friday even slower....had 37 fish when the rain hit around 2ish. Started fishing both days around 7:30.

I had a call of fishing standing timber across from alley creek and catching good fish. nothing from the dam area.

My dad caught a limit in the timber at Alley Creek last Wednesday. Blqck/chartreuse was the color of preference.

Me and my dad are at the pines right now. Caught 28 yesterday and caught a limit today. Fishing between hurricane and the dam. Keep going down the creek channels you can catch em it just takes awhile.
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
