I dont know enough to come to any kind of a conclusion... heading out in the morning to a creek I haven't heard any updates on yet. I know we have more knowledgable minds in here.
Thanks, Scooter

You need to wait a day or two after the rain.

Alot of rain typically means muddy water and a 2 day to fish. This rain was pretty light so may be okay with fishing in the morning.

Talked to an old salt that is a fixture this time of yr at creek i fished today, and he said that on Saturday, he walked the bank with a Rooster Tail, and the sandies and crappie DID NOT KNOW WHEN TO STOP BITING!!! He said he WORE THEM OUT!!! He fished way upstream from where i fished today and last week, and the only thing i can figure is that the rain rose the level of the creek, a strong though temporary current moved through and the fish were able to move in good numbers and be active!
Whatever the reason, he said it was awesome!
