I'll be getting new 2013 Humminbird Sonars (998 and 898 Side Scans) when they are available in the next few weeks and am needing some input about what lake map software .The lakes I will fish most often are Navarro Mills , Purtis Creek, Lake Fork and Richland Chambers. For you guys that have used Lake Master or Navatronics and have fished these same lakes, do you have any reccomendations on which is better software? This will be my first units with map software and looking for some thing accurate, detailed but not overly complicated to use. Any advice?

LakeMaster will be announcing the 2013 Version Lakes and Definition additions here real soon normally around the first of the year. I like LakeMaster when they have coverage because of the exclusive features that allow customization of your map.

Check the coverages and if you need some examples I can supply images from the current version 2 LakeMaster for you.
