I am a Bowfisherman,Bass fisherman,Catfisherman,i
like to fish salt water depends on the time of year,I may be called a red neck,i agree with every one else,you want respict,give it out.injoy
the ugly carp,i do espacily when they are on the end of my arrow.,,,,,,,some times i mispell,,OK.

Whenever all the "smart" fish aren't biting I just go to the dock cause I can always catch the "stupid" carp on donuts and twinkies!!! There's more challenge in catching bait for my catfishing than catching some of the biggest carp in the lake.....you need some lessons texascraplover?....troll or not.

Hey, don't dog the carp man.
He's not trolling.....he brings up some good points! If you don't believe him...check out the Carp Clubs that are around!
As a matter of fact....during the last fishing show I visited their booth.
I WAS IMPRESSED!! They had VERY NEAT inventions and some really cool techniques!!!
Most other booths just wanted to sell you something or show off their big heads!
Give this guy some credit, he's being serious! Don't run him off, he knows his stuff guys!

I love carpfishing....but I don't try and sell it as a better or harder gamefish to target. I carp fish as much as anything else and always catch and release as well. I just think this guys approach was a little off is he's serious.

1) He brought his topic to the proper section of the forum. 2) Many of the things he said can not be debated. Don't like them if you will...but they're still somewhat true. He IS allowed his own opinion. 3) Just because he's not a BASS FISHERMAN means he must be a "troll" right? Come on TFF'ers..you're all better than that! Or at least you should be!!! 4) I HIGHLY suggest that someone actually research what he is saying BEFORE you respond to him in such a manner. Just because someone is a bass fisherman doesnt mean they are a fishing god NOR does it make them the least bit informed about other styles of fishing! All this says to me is that some of you suffer from what I call the "Napoleon" complex! 5) Don't dog him because he hasn't responded back. If I was new to this forum and received this response....I wouldn't come back too! News flash boys....you don't know him and HE doesn't know YOU either!!! Just a few things to keep in mind
