Marc put my grandson and I on good fish all day Saturday. In addition we learned a lot about Fork and fishing in general. Marc is everything one could ask for in a guide.
Sunday morning I discovered major trailer problems and called Marc for advice. Instead,Marc drove from his home in Sulfur Springs to Fork, assessed the problems and had us follow him to the TSC back in Sulfur Springs, and then spent over 2 hours virtually rewiring my trailer connections. And then he refused payment for his time and expertise. Marc Mitchell is one very special person. I hope you keep this in mind when you need a guide on Fork. And for those spiritually inclined please remember Marc tomorrow morning, as he is having knee surgery at 10.

Hey Bill...I fished with Marc all day Friday and I could not agree with you more. Not only did he work his tail off, he taught me a heck of alot and as Skeeter Fowler put it...

Marc is good people!

I am sure the fish will not miss him during his recovery but his customers sure will.

Marc is hands down one of the most genuine and good people I have ever met.
His customer oriented approach on the water was great but even more so was his willingness to help us without asking or even accepting any form of payment for his time. The technical difficulties my grandfather and I experienced had the potential to RUIN the trip, but with Marc's help it was only a slight bump in the road. I would encourage anybody who is thinking about a guided trip on Fork to give Marc Mitchell a call!!! Last but not least, keep Marc in your prayers tomorrow morning when he goes under the knife!!

Good luck Marc. Get well soon!

Can't wait to hit the water with you and Jason in April.

M&M is one of my closest friends and the most dedicated fisherman I've ever met. He does not take a day off. If he doesn't have a client, he's out on his own dime, staying on the fish.

I hope your surgery goes smooth, M&M! Let me know what's up!
