Went out to CC today with Mr. Dennis aka Cajun CC. We started off fast, then the wind picked up in a major way and slowed us down. After that we decided to get a hamburger and call it a day. We caught most from 10-12ft of water right off the bottom. I also had the pleasure of meeting AM Ketchn and Piscatur. Nice to meet you fellow slab hunters. Mr. Dennis & I ended up with 22. We fished from 7:25 until about 12. I tell you that Cajun CC knows how to put em in the boat!

Nice job fellas! Awful nice of mr dennis to let you in his boat Griff! Lol glad yall got in em'... between holidays and LOTS of work I havnt got to get out much...havnt tried being a stranger...ill see you boys out there soon enough!

Look at all those white crappie, did they come from the Caney arm of the lake? It seems that that arm hold more white crappie than other arms of the lake. The exception is up around the 334 bridge and north. Glad y'all had a good trip.

It was good meeting up with you and CajunCC! We came late to the party and the wind was definitely too much for my small antique boat. Hope we can ketch a few together sometime soon. Cajun is one of those genuinely good people who lead by example in understated ways that cause others to do good things.

gentlemen THAT was a rough ketchn program .....
as piscatur says we went airborne and submarining .....
it was like the navy and airforce combined it seemed .....
we tucked our tails and left at lunch also ....
it was nice to hang a few with yawl .....
griff and cajuncc are the real deal ......

obviously you haven't been taking notes when ol s.a.pat sets the hook,not once,but twice....thats gotta hurt,either by mr dennis and/or s.a.pat,picture them in the same boat,not for the weiry eyes to see....LOL!
