I would definitely use a big 1oz - 1-1/4oz for flipping grass if it had a stout hook. Wouldn't lose many in the grass.

I would like the finesse jigs and the smaller profile for football jigs around chunk rock.

The one thing that needs to be pointed out is that while a big 1oz tungsten jig is probably possible it will come at a higher price than the 3/8-1/2 size for sure. weight prices alone will give you a better idea.

I'll take some 1/4 - 3/8oz jigs with a 5/0 hook ...

actually just the heads will work

Mark, I would definitely buy these jigs from you. I hope you can make this happen. Knowing you're a jig guy, and knowing quality would be one of your foremost concerns, I would have no problem with a $5 price tag.

I would try em. The benefit of tungston to me is feeling the bottom, namely rocks. I think the tungston jig would duplicate this sensitivity.

+1

I also like the idea of the extra sensitivity that you get with tungsten.

When the crazy tree huggers finally get lead tackle banned we'll have to buy them.
