Is there a different off limits for a BLT Champ?

The only off limits I can find on their website is midnight until the start time on tourney day. Is it the same for their championships?

I'd like to hold a fundraiser there in late January or in February for the WEHS girls softball program. Many of you that know me know that I've coached fastpitch for a long time with my daughter's travel club team. She is now 10th grader in a fairly new school in Wylie that has just got its sports programs off the ground. Football is obviously the money maker and takes the lion's of booster funds so there is little extra for discretionary needs. The things I would like to use the money for is some equipment needs and lessons with private coaches for the girls from families of less income and resources. I and a good friend Rodney Heins do as much as we can for them but we both JV and Varsity squads there isnt enough time. So I would like to hold an Individual tournament there that you could allow a child to fish with you if you like for a seperate prize or prizes for the kids and a $80 entry for dad and a 80% payback. I will scrounge up what door prizes etc I can for raffles or casting contest etc. Is this something that the Hubbard crowd might be in on providing we can nail a good open day down?
