Mine is from TFF's own Mark Perry. 1/2 oz. Flipping Jig in Blk/Blu/Plum paired with a GrandeBass MegaClaw....I have had the same jig for almost 2 years and caught dozens of fish on it and the coating and skirt has held up nicely. Probably time to sharpen the hook though....glad you mentioned this.

Purple Passion Viper XP Jig with a Flippin blue Zoom Small Salty chunk in Dirty/stained water. Clear water Sour Grape with a Zoom small salty chunk in watermelon shad and dip the legs just about a 1/16 th in chart. My second choice in clear water is a PB&J with green pumpkin Xcite Raptor craw chunk. www.viperxplures.com

I like Black/Blue&Purple and Bass Candy. That's about the only two colors we throw. Sometimes we may add a strand or two of orange and or blue to the Bass Candy. On some lakes Black, Brown & Amber rule. All the colors above are good colors to use. Just let the water color and clarity dictate what hues.

My own color, Fouzman! In all honesty, the color jig I throw depends on water color and clarity.

3/8 oz rattleback flippin jig in black/blue mainly but some days black/red almost always with a netbait paca chunk or baby paca craw for a trailer. Something about those cheap rattleback jigs that I just catch way more fish than any other jig with. May be a confidence thing

I read some info regarding water temperature and how it affects crawfish molting during the fall which in turn affects color. Maybe its got me psyched out but i too like green pumpkin/ blue and brown/ orange during winter.
One cast away...
