We saw lot of K people there, but they hardly caught anything. They LOVE those flatties, they just don't have the proper skill to catch them. LOL i know hamster... Pitiful.. but i made some damn good sashimi out of that one fish.... fillet the heck out of it.

LOL i guess i am not alone. I would think they would be pretty good since most of them are local most likely... But, you are right.. they do love flounders... a little too much some times.. Some I know very well just might have, could have left a dead shark washed up on a swimming beach at lewisville. Many years ago. Don't know if it got rumors started, but I think that was his intent.

Anyone been up to DD lately? I'm thinking about going up on Sunday morning. Am planning on trying the lakeside to see if I can get some stripers on a slab. Anyone had any luck up there lately? I'm going regardless (need to put in my time up there...) so i'll report back on how it was. Thanks!

Is West Burns Run still closed ?
The ONLY reason to fish with a fly rod in Texas is to throw a POPPER, casting any other type fly just means you're doing something.
