Would like to take my son fishing for tilapia. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, what is the best bait? Bread? Corn? Crappie nibbles?
Thanks

Honestly Doug has a point; I wouldn't eat anything from small inner city waters. Think about all the pollutants that run into them, scary stuff if you really think about it...

Thanks You better hurry...cause without some source of warm water they won't be around long. They begin to die at 55 deg. water temp and by 50 deg. none survive. They are also easily caught now when water temps are falling...one of the best ways is just plain old red worms.

what is the best bait? Bread? Corn? Crappie nibbles? Cast net. Be mindful of a big, live tilapia's dorsal spines.
