I'm going on a hunt sat morn near lake proctor thought after the hunt I may try fishing the afternoon any tips for that lake this time of year would be much appreciated.

From what I've seen, try the spillway for crappie and catfish, other than that, if your on a boat, look for structure..especially the deep falloffs


You don't always need a boat..
But gosh darn it, sure helps!

I see most folks trolling between the rip rap and island, between the island and Sowell Creek park, and around the island.
I don't fish for whites are stripers so can't help on method are bait.
