Looking for a good tool holder/organizer to install outside my storage boxes that will hold my pliers, scissors, clippers and maybe be able to hang a few baits from them. I generally store them inside my storage boxes but after a few hours of fishing my tackle gets messy. I think it would be nice to have everything i need to be quick access when needed. What do y'all recommend? Looking for something that looks nice too as it would be screwed to the fiberglass in my lower deck

Thanks
Jeff

Thanks J-2 that is what I have found best so far. Was just checking if there were any better options out there as well. I will have to try that if no better options!

I've had a couple of those over the years, several broke after only a few trips.
The biggest issue was running in rough water I had the pliers come flying out of the plastic holder and almost hit me in the face!! scared

Check out the BoatMates products at BPS. I got a couple of different styles for not only pliers/scissors/etc, but one also for holding bigger things like spikeit etc. I was skeptical at first if the rubber cups would stay attached to my fiberglass at the stepup to the front deck, but they have not come loose once since I installed them. Handy items.

I took a short Folgers plastic coffee can, cut a hole in the bottom for my seat post to fit through and put it under my seat. It has been there for almost 2 years and the only thing I have lost out of it was the top to a spray can!

Cannot beat the price either.

Take a look at the Ken Cook fishing tool kit. Works great. The only downfall, it's made of a plastic. You can find them at
lucky lure tackle. LLTACKLE.COM

I mounted mine on the side of my console and not to the seat. Never had a problem with anything fly out and hope i never do. I did have one break over the last couple of years, but was my fault

I took a rubbing alcohol qt bottle and cut an X in the side to put fishing line discards in and insert my pliers into the X as ballast to keep the bottle in the boat when running, the other tools are in my fishing vest like line cutters, hemostats.
