Pick you up some 1/2oz. Wood Walker jigheads and some skirt making material from fishingskirts.com and put together your own.

Check out custombassjigs.com. He has a cone shaped head that so far is really good for me. He also has a ton of colors or you can custom design one. Your welcome

+2 for these beauties.

"Sometimes you really just have to squirm to get the hook out"

Hands down, the Talon BillyMac Jig. Designed by Elite Angler Billy McCaghren, a proven favorite on the Elite trail. Try one and you won't be disappointed - nearly 100% of people who do come back to buy more.

Start making your own! if you love to fish a jig there is nothing like sticking a pig on a home made jig! You can choose your favorite hook, head, color, skirt combo, rattles,.... It is as addictive as fishing itself. And it is not that expensive to start doing either considering the cost of most gear these days.

Glad to have taken..."the trash in the back!"

Have you looked at the Perfect Strike Alpha Jig? I have been using it around timber, docks and rock out to about 20' with good success and very little hang ups. Seems the double weedguard actually does a good job of keeping the hook out of trouble and in the roof of the fishes mouth. I know the double weed guard is something the spooks most people but its worth a try

Can't beat the quality, price and service this gentleman offers:

http://flatlandscustomtackle.com/flatlands_009.htm

You can pay more for a jig but he will definitely take care of you. He will make whatever you want. Great jigs.
