Guys, I'm wondering why I can't post on Texas Hunting Forum. Never had any trouble posting here, so what's the difference? Each time I try, and hit the "continue" button at the bottom of the post or reply screen, I get a message saying that I'm trying to reach an invalid site or something to that extent. So, what gives?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated. frown mad mad

There are occasionally problems when you are jumping back and forth between the TFF and THF.

So far, we have been able to solve them by going to "Tools" in your browser window - drop down to "Internet Options" - then click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files".

This should fix it - if it doesn't, let me know.

Nope. Still getting the same thing. Here's the exact message I get when trying to reply or post:
"The host you are trying to send the input from is not a valid host."

Maybe this will help. Cool sight, just wish I could participate a little.

I've had the same problem. Tried what J.P. told me and still nothing? The only thing I like better than fishing is hunting wink and it stinks not being able to post on there.

Just wanted to bump this one back up to the top so that maybe someone could give us a hand with it.

I think we have a solution. Give me a few more days to get it in place.

Glad to see a bunch of TFF guys looking at the THF also. Seems like I spend all my time on it now, with deer season starting and all.

Bet JP gets this bug worked out that's effecting you guys. Don't know why it would do that to some and not everyone.

Bet he tried to set up some blockage thing for Streak and it spread to other people. smile smile smile You know I'm just kidding Streak!!!! smile

I think the problem is related to the cookie path. I have now reset the location. If you clear your cookies, the problem should go away.

A few people have expressed concerns about clearing cookies - specifically relating to information from their financial institutions being erased. I visit 3 financial sites on a regular basis and have cleared my cookies numerous times. So far, I have not lost any information from these sites. I do have to log back in to the Dallas Morning News and a few other sites, but my financial (fill in the form) information was not deleted.
