Santa wants to upgrade my sonars. Thinking about a HB 798si -1198 HD SIcombo for top end . Do I install at dash or trolling motor? If I install at dash, what 2nd unit could I install at trolling motor to show same info to stay on the spot when I leave cockpit to fish at trolling motor? I will basicly be tossing my current sonars,what Units should I be looking for as far as compatiblity without breaking bank? Best Black Friday or Cyber Monday prices?

Talk to David AKA Shut up and Fish, he can hook you up with 998 with 2 sep transducers and a double cable. I love mine, get a good ram mount, and either a lakemaster card or navionics. The lake master chip will be upgraded in 2013. GL.
