absolutely ridiculous and retarded. i hope anybody that throws this breaks their rod and gets carpel tunnel. where is the tackle future going... Throw it on a 7 foot rod built for this and a 3.8:1 reel you'll be fine. A reel with this ratio is like having the difference between power steering and manual steering in a car when compare to reels that are 5:1 or better. I noticed as soon as I started looking at new gear that this ratio (3.8:1) isn't offered in any of the brands of reels I have looked at so far. It looks as if a lot of mfg's have dropped it all together. Can't believe they don't make it anymore....I'm glad I still have mine...... a Quantum Crankin' reel....

While i will not denigrate those that want this bait like Nick did........I would not throw it if it was free......I fish the way I fish......I make no apologies .....I catch lots of fish.....and I am comfortable not following the crowd....

If its said to run 25 ft with 15 lb flouro it'd probably run 30 ft with 10 or 12 lb mono!!!!

I can drag the bottom on 15lb flouro with a 6xd at 25' so I imagine I can get over 30 out of this guy  I want a couple don't care if its not my favorite way to fish I like lots of options

I only want a 100 of them. I can reach 25 feet with a 6xd also, but thats by strolling. Takes too much time. This will be a fun bait to have in the arsenal.

This bait I feel is a game changer.
I don't even really like fishing cb's but I ordered some from APT as soon as I saw them.
I am going to use a small swim bait rod. I'll take tendonitis if it puts the kind of fish I believe it will in my boat.
