Jerry you won't remenber me but we met at October fish 3/4 years back. Anyway I am literaly home for the 1st time in a while.Just had my 3rd bypass procedure done and let me tell you the advances today are outstanding. So for you I see many and better days/years ahead,you'll come through this fine I know!!
Then the frustating period of gaining your strength and abilities to work through, but it will get better. So keep your head up there's a lot ahead of you.
MM I remember meeting you. We were in the tent up on the hill that year as I recall. Yes, the heart surgeon (who is a fly fisherman) assures me that after this surgery my quality of life will be better than it has been in 25+ years. I am less than 5 years from retirement so I can see a great future ahead of me. The surgery will be the week after Thanksgiving so I have this whole week to recover from the brain surgery and relax with my family. Unfortunately, he (the surgeon) said no fishing so I'm limited to relaxing and tying mega flies. I cannot express my heartfelt thanks for all the prayers, thoughts, and concerns of my TFF Family during all of this. I am truly blessed to have you folks as friends and extended family.

Having a surgeon who flyfishes what are the odds  enjoy your company on thanksgiving, then as mentioned look forward to a better quality life, the medical advancments are just outstanding you'll be up and around in no time. Tying flies and UL jigs is keeping me occupied right now, using them is just around the bend. MM
