Taking brother in law fishing after thanksgiving. Any idea on where to take him fishing for bass? We will b in a bass boat but he's new to fishing and I don't normally fish dfw lakes so all help is appreciated.

Which ever is closest. Just go enjoy a day on the water. Once you decide on a lake let the all mighty TFF know and I'm sure someone will give you some pointers.

The wind forecast on the day you go will be a deciding factor on where to go.

Go to EM and fish the South end docks you will sure get some. If he is new to fishing have his use a chrome and blue rattle trap that way he will get largemouth and white bass. The white bass have been killing a rattle trap the last week or so.
