I was a kayak fly fisherman until I turned it over and nearly drowned. Now I'm a Pelican Bass Raider fly fisherman and feel much safer whipping the stick around in this platform. I'm still rigging it and will be watching this thread.
I fish with conventional tackle when I need meat to eat.

I was a kayak flyfisherman but my daughter borrowed it and never brought it back before I had the chance to nearly drown in it. smile

I tried the tubing thing one time. I have to hand it to those guys, they're talented.
Too much going on at once for me. I couldn't hang.

Comfy dry seats and a trolling motor is more my style.
This thing just works!

Wheels to roll it to the lake, no ramp.
Trolling motor and battery.
Anchor trolly.
Depth finder is next then an umbrella.

I'm still thinking about a better wheel set-up. This one was a quick project to get on the lake. The wheels came from Harbor Freight, the 5/8 bolts and u-bolts from Tractor Supply and the padding is a pool noodle laced on with small rope. 2X2 was found in my storage shed. Pool noodle didn't hold up so I added foam shelf liner and storm tape and soon as the wife throws away a kitchen rug I'll add that. LOL
Got the depth finder rigged and mounted to a block of 2x6 and it works great. Took her for a spin and everything works, now for some cooler weather.

Added a possibles crate under the seat to keep stuff from under foot. It also keeps the seat from flying out at 75 mph.

Mike keep an eye out on craigslist for baby stroller buggies the back wheels are light and bigger. I some times see them in the free section too.

My wheels are removable for storage.

your setup is looking good!

This addition will give me more range to reach a bluegill cove I like to flyfish in.

I troll along the dam slow. grin I prefer to burn gas instead of battery. That's a 4 stroke which is heavier than 2 stroke so it's got the max motor weight pegged out for that boat.

I had a 11'3" bass tender with 25hp mercury on it and I could fish alot of bigger lakes with it. I had a single jet ski trailer for it and it was great. It was a little wide in the water and alot more stable.
