You sir have been posting about your slab buddies or thump bandits or whatever you call them long enough! You are hereby formally challenged to a fishing duel. Your plastic minnow imitation vs mine. Rules are set forth below.

1. Colors
All colors may be used but must have a reasonable match in your brand and mine.

2. Structure
When we are parked over or near structure if two fish in a row are caught by one angler within 5 minutes and the other is not getting bit the anglers switch spots on the boat. The non-ketchn party has first right to decline the switch if they so choose. If both parties are ketchn, no switchin required.

3. Depth
Both parties must divulge the depth they are fishing when they hook up. No cheatin.

4. Tippin
No minners, just jigs. Crappie nibbles are allowed but each must share if asked.

5. Limit
Our usual six fish limit is imposed.

First one to catch and box six legal fish wins. Special consideration will also be given to largest fish and overall weight of the limit. High noon tomorrow, I'll be looking for you.

Start with whichever color just so long as the other guy has the same color or similar in his bag. The five minutes is for ketchn not searchin, just want equal time over same part of structure to make it fair. We can use your secret weapon as soon as we get to six. Once we establish a winner we can keep ketchn until we box as many as you want to clean. Of course all this is just spittin into the wind ifin we get skunked.
