ROLLOVER PASS 8 November 2012,
Yesterday 8 November i start fishing at ROLLOVER PASS at 9:30 am on the east side of the channel ,very close with the bay.
The water was dirty,incoming tide and nasty SE wind about 9 mile/hour.No bite fishing with FIRELINE ORIGINAL SMOKE 4 lb.+14 lb. fluorocarbon leader.
After lunch to don't have the sun in my face,and because i don't have a bite i was moving on another side of channel(west side,ferry side) about 100 feet from the bay fishing the same with my fly rod SAGE RPLX 9' W10 change by me in spinning rod.
I was fishing from 9:30 am with GULP MINNOW GRUB 3" chartreuse ,pearl in tandem or with GULP SHRIMP 3" pearl.
No bite until 3:30 pm and because i see around me nobody catching fish i move about 100 feet from the bridge(the same side of the channel) where i find one place close with another fishermen's.
About 3:45 pm the tide change in outgoing tide and the water color start to be better,but the same nasty wind,litte stronger.
Fishing with GULP MINNOW GRUB 3" in tandem,chartreuse and pearl at 3:45 pm a have first bite catching first keeper flounder 17 inch ,and later another bite and another 17 inch flounder,so i finish the day better catching very difficulty the limit of two flounder.
