I hate the wind.... mad

I rearranged my jigs and plastics, rearanged everything in the boat. Checked everything out. Looked out the garage door and cursed the wind.

I guess I'll change the oil in my truck and go get a new battery because it has been needing one. Then I will check my coolant for the winter. Then I'll guess I will watch football.

Did I say I hate the wind yet? realmad

LOL. I got my fix by visiting Fun n Sun in Hurst to check out their slab bandits selection after hanging out this morning with Spanky when he was installing a new water pump. Now off to LA for a conference so no fishing for me till next weekend. Y'all stay safe out there!

That was awesome when they intercepted Bama at the goal line and then Bama jumped ofsides and gave the Aggies a first down to end the game. I bet Mike Wilson isn't happy about now. peep

I went out today just to see what 40 mph winds really do to Lake Bridgeport. Was surprisingly able to get to and fish a lot of stuff. I did witness a boat go out into the main lake, north end, about 1/4 mile only to turn and high tail it back to protected water. He went plum out of sight once when he got between them rollers!

Unless you wanted to be bombarded with falling pecans, you stayed out from under my pecan tree yesterday. I'm leaving them on the ground till next weekend when the grandkids visit. I give the grandkids a nickle a pecan to pick them up. That causes pecan pies to be more expensive but gives them some spending money and teaches work ethics.

Forecast shows wind easing up tomorrow, so crappie fishing will be on.
