spoke with army core which then contacted city (who control aerators) said bubbles are off til late april 2013. bummer since i slayed almost 40 sandies in a few hours on halloween.
anyone familiar with bubbles on lewisville?

lewisville has a treated water outlet that is on the southeast end of the new bridge,it holds lots of baitfish like the aireator on the vine does.
