Yezzir Clifton, always cool to catch the trotline/jugline survivors and see them swim off again. My PB blue was a Twok survivor also. Good fighting fish and probably the darkest blue I have caught on Lavon to date.

I wonder why those lavon blues are usually so light?

Not completely sure but I always have thought it is due to the abundance of caliche clay around Lavon. Just my thought and certainly could be wrong. Caught lighter colored blues in the shallows (2ft) suprisingly and of course in the deeper water. Just seems like when you catch one in deep water they are ultra white...almost albino like bYoung Cat said! thumb

No different spot than the one we went to. Let me know when you are ready and we will give Lavon another shot this Winter.
