Wish me luck. Post your tips.

Don't pick one up, don't grub one from your buddies, don't put it to your lips & for the love of your spouse & children and the rest of your life don't ever light another cigarette.

Make up your mind that you will be a stronger person than the addiction - it's all between your ears anyway.

After the fourth or fifth day it gets better; after the fourth or fifth week the cravings will start to diminish; after the fourth or fifth month you'll hardly think about them at all.

I used sugar-free cough drops to take care of the oral thing - some chew on a pencil or a stir-stick.
I used the Serenity prayer to reaffirm my commitment to myself.
I went and did something else when a trigger hit to distract.

Lesser folks than you have beat the cancer sticks, you can too.

PM me if you want . . . . . I'm not going to tell you "Good Luck" because luck has nothing to do with it - you'll either stop smoking or you'll fail for the 51st time.

Harsh but true.

Still haven't smoked yet. The nicotine addiction is getting much easier. Psychological addiction is still present.

Gum, or some other thing to cover the fixation,
and STAY BUSY!
best of luck to you, the power is in you, you just haven't found the key, yet.
you know it, otherwise you wouldn't keep trying after 50 times.
no matter what, don't give up anything but that damn addiction!
