I went out today just before noon. Searched in an area that produced yesterday fish were biting, I left the area and went to another area on a roadbed just for the sake of looking along this roadbed there are some noticable piles of rock some very big I am just guessing, I don't have side scan or down image.
This is what I saw on the surface, small bubbles not rapidly breaking at the surface good sign the barometer is where it needs to be.

This was a short time later

Double Whammy:

yes the ole bubble test .. !!! good haul Pat!!!

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

My take on The bubble test, although we had a small front at dusk yesterday, with the bubbles not breaking rapidly at the surface the air is a little thick, if the bubles don't hang around I shouldn't either.
Really it has much to do with the baromeric pressure.

Good job Pat. I noticed bubbles Saturday. Ours were breaking fast though.

The only bubbles I saw were the ones created by my prop. We went out yesterday to check out Bardwell and got our rear ends handed to us!!! I hate it when the fish win! LOL
