We camped at Rollover Pass over the weekend.
The fishing was terrible but we enjoyed watching the Sea turtles up close.
There are at least 3 of them swimming around in the pass. Got a far-away video but no up close pictures.

Your trip to Rollover sounds exactly like the one I had there last Monday. Fishing sucked but got to see a sea turtle lol. I took off work to go on a Monday thinking the crowds wouldn't be as bad but it was still horrible!

We saw 2 really nice flounder caught on Sunday while we were packing up. Another week or two and it should be going good.

You guys get a kayak and paddle out about a mile into the gulf, the fishing is always good and the sea turtles pop up right beside you!

I counted 32 turtles (granted some may have been duplicates) one day on the Port A jetties. Its good they seem to be making a huge comeback.

I see them at the Surfside Jetties a good bit and also fishing offshore.

Had the family down to Port A recently for a vacation, and saw a large number of turtles around the jetty and in the ship channel too. A first for my wife and daughter!
