peanutt butter and honey sandwitches on whole grain bread along with bannanas and walnutts. All of these foods are light and keep you full and energized throughout the day. Plus they are healthy for you.

I am on the Atkins diet now. I never have to worry about a bathroom break. Lots of protein and cheese.

Bucket of fried chicken, sub sandwiches in zip-loc bags, grapes, and oranges... Oranges are really good because... (they taste the same coming back up as they did going down) LOL LOL LOL

I've done many options, some better than others. Soggy sandwiches are not my favorite. Trail mix, crackers and cheese, and lunchables are very good easy options. Last summer while on a 2 day Rockport bay fishing adventure, a buddy mine pulled out a bag of sliced & peeled cucumbers that he had marinated in a spicy Cachere's concoction. Served up ice cold out of the ice chest. They were delicious. Very good on a hot day too. I'll be making that a regular option from now on when fishing hot summer days on the bay.

I usually just bring a couple Cliff energy bars and a couple packs of cheese crackers. A few water bottles, a few beers, and a few Dr. Peppers.
