Lucked into a boat house on lake lewisville last year and have finally got it rebuilt to pass inspection and transferred in my name . Right now its only setti g in about 10'-12' of water. But I sank some willows a couple of weeks ago and caught 15 crappie the next day. Since then it's been hit and miss on good crappie down there. But I was wondering if it would hold fish at that depth in the colder months . It's been fun a blast already in what little time I've had it an I'm very fortunate to have lucked in this deal . Thinking about saleing if the price is right I will try and post pics later ,thanks in advance for answers regarding depth in advance .

Should hold fish in winter, and I think it'll be a really good spot in late fall, and especially prespawn.

Where on Lake Lewisville is it located?

In winter there will normally be 6 more feet of water there. Should be good fishing. I'm jealous.

Arrowhead park it's the only one left on the east side of the park . On the furthest point off of main lake . Like I said I really licked into it actually fished beside the last ten years and ran into the owners friend when he said he was pretty much trying to give it away . It's 28' by 18' not really big enough for a boat but a fun place to hang out and fish . Ernest let me know when you wanna go . Would like a little jig lesson .

Lucky! If you ever want some company I would always be up for it! haha I have a few brushed in slips that produce lots of numbers and hoping to draw them in real good this winder if you ever want to exchange "trips"

if it holds fish now and its gunna get deeper .....i bet they will stay year round to some degree ....
