just wondering how big the spectrum of reals people use i have a c3 7,000 on an ugly stick and for my size i cast pretty well with it let me know what youve got

I like my 7'6" Falcon Coastal Medium Gulf Caster with a Shimano Calcutta 400B. Has good balance, cast far with only 1/2 or 3/4 ounce.
The WORST day of Fishing is ALWAYS better that the BEST day at WORK.

little bit of everything, currently i am using an old Quantum XL rod that has been rewrapped with micro guides, a carbon fiber handle and split reelseat. on that sits a used Citica 201D
I am a part time custom rod builder, Rods By Chris. I specialize in fly rods, but just down right enjoy building custom fishing rods. I see each as a piece of art. rodsbychris@gmail.com

DAIWA WHISKER SS TOURNAMENT(700,1300,1600,2600)and some long spinning rods(over 10') built by myself on fly blanks or steelhead blanks.
I am fishing just with artificials from the bank.
