Went out Monday evening at south end of Murrel park caught about 25 sandies to 13 1/2 inches over deep 20 to 25 water on top using mepps spinner and/or small rattle trap. They are a long way from bank watch for the birds.

Bubbles have been slow the last two weeks, on artificials anyhow. Last week I was wearing my arm out while a guy about 50 yards away was wearing the sandies out using shad.

Did okay Tuesday for sandies after the LMB bite died down. Frank and I watched birds working on the north side between Murrell and Rockledge and finally accepted the invitation and caught quite a few.
