how is fishing up there right now. thinking of heading up there thursday. are the bigger smallies showing up yet.

It's hit & miss at best right. These mini fronts coming through has put the full on fall pattern off a bit. High wind & rain has it muddied up in the creeks & coves. A couple tourneys this past weekend didn't do to well. It took something like 13 lbs to win the 2 day tourney & I believe they had 40 or 50 boats (not sure on the #). The other tourney was a one day (fish either day) & 12 lbs won it I believe. There's another big tourney going out of Catfish bay this weekend (The Little Dixie Classic).
It's just real hit & miss right now.
