Trying to learn the lake. Can anyone direct me to a creek having some decent grass in it? Also, with the lake level low, which creek would I have more luck being able to get into the back of. I tried White Oak last weekend, and after having raised the trolling mtr, I still didn't get back far enough to where I really wanted to fish. Thanks in advance.

Big tournament on the lake this weekend, high stakes event. I wouldn't expect a lot of help..
Look at Glade,Running,Coffee creeks for some nice areas with grass.
Those are all on the northeast arm of the lake..

I second Coffee creek. But watch out for widow makers on the way.

If you really Hunt You can find some Hydrilla at 8" on the West arm of the Lake. Was just there for 4 days and never seen anyone else close to it.
