After Robert's (Crazy Angler) new bait comes out in Jan, there may be an addition to this list. Great bait.

With all this Slab Bandit talk I had to get in on the action! Just placed my order.
Old breed? New breed? There's not a damn bit of difference so long as it's the Marine breed.

My disclaimer is that I've yet to try a lot of the top baits or at least not enough to list them.
Here is my listing in no particular order and when I use them most. 1) solid body tubes (vertical on windy days) 2) 2" shad bodies (one bait for trolling, casting, vert) 3) Berkley 2" powerbait minnows (shallow rock and timber pitching) 4) hollow tubes (I like the Lindy Dancin tubes, great muddy water colors) finesse vert jigging 5) Slab bandits (vert jigging on calmer days or all purpose)
I'll use all of the above and then some other baits too all in the same day. LFT and Panfish Assassins are great fish catchers too. LFT and Panfish Assassins = honorable mention

What is your top 3 colors? Since Slab Bandit is the only plastic I actually use out of my top 5 (other than an occassional test) my best colors are Blue Truse, Texas Toast and maybe a tie between Sour Grape & Pearl Truse (Pearl Turse for post spawn and Sour Grape thru the Summer).
