Any tips on the striper or blues... Gpa wants to make a trip just wondering we're we should fish and bait he likes to fish the beach side of ok I may try the wall but down from the bottom any help would be awesome thanks guys....

caught few on Tuesday, 1 x 25", 2 x 24", few between 20" to 22", and few between 17" to 19". Caught on Moon Walker, fluke, and buck tail jigs.

There is "NO Wading" sign below the Dam. But you can get into the water on the river. Just have to be careful. When the water running, the current is very strong. I fish on TX side.

Moon around what time were you catching these fish? I am planning to head up there but want to know if they are bitting in the morning or evening.

It's hard to know when they are biting. You have better chance when the water running, or fish with live bait, or cut bait. At least you can catch some cat.

I've stopped fishing the damn and went to lake side been catching nice ones. Been posting on FishingScout app.

so I thought I'd go up & see what I could do today.
No stripers, but ran into this little tough guy......


Totally made my day! jumped like 3' out of the water twice! hadn't caught a river smallie in nearly 10 years. the colors on this fish were astounding. wish I could have caught how blue his belly was! nice surprise!

Hi Brian, did you catch that smallie at DD? I have to catch a smallie yet at DD. I hooked up one few months back. But it shook the hook off.
