has anyone had any stories about carrot stix warranty? my stix broke and im dealing with them just want to know what to expect!

I bought one at Academy in College Station. Broke it 2 wks later while casting and they swapped it out free of charge at the store.

I have 5 I used to use, and one broke a couple yrs back on Falcon. I followed the procedure on the website, sent the money for shipping and they sent me a rod. The process my have changed, but thats what I did.

This was my experience set up claim, sent in money and got new pole. was very simple. But i agree buy at academy and there would not be any issues

Talk to the store Manager, I've never had a problem returning anything at Academy.
