How are you fishing the chigger craws? Jig trailer, shaky head, or tx. rig? All of the above pending time of year and structure

In a couple years when they run out of shapes to copy in the havoc line the next step will be to slowly offer the havoc shapes made with the powerbait plastic. They have to have something to release at ICAST.

I never realized the amount of research that went into Berkley baits. The scent that is impregnated into the plastics is proprietary research that has DECADES of study behind it. They look at how many times the bass will strike the hookless lure, how long it will hold it in their mouths, and on, and on....
One of the head honchos over there is named Keith Jones who's an Aggie and has studied LMB possibly more than any other person to date. He has dedicated his life and career to it.
Those guys at Berkley (Pure Fishing) do their homework.
Both products mentioned are top notch.
Tight lines,
Jackson

I am gaining a lot of confidence in the Havoc Pit Boss. I was pitching Cypress trees back last May and wasn't getting bit, and trying to change things up I put on a Pit Boss. It was my first time using the bait, but they started killing it when nothing else would work. Since then I've had confidence in the bait and have had lots of luck with it.
The Havoc line of baits are priced really well too.

I love Berkley Power Grubs, but the Havoc line of baits is pretty good. I really like the twin tailed grub and the finesse worm. The small finesse worm (I think it's the Bottom Hopper?) is awesome on a drop shot or a finesse Texas rig. I don't flip a lot, but the Pit Boss is a good bait for heavy cover. The only other one I've tried is the Grass Pig, which I didn't like. The price of less than three bucks a bag is also nice.
I'm really excited for the Sick Fish.

Bottom Hopper seems to be one of the top baits for that tournament. Along with the tride and true Power Worm.
