tried my best to bleep out the one BAD word lol. a few days ago i bought a new COMBO, legend tournament "The Jerk" 7'6 Extra Heavy. and for a reel an abu garcia revo toro winch! paired that with 80lb super slick PP and a 130 lb leader and i was off to the lake. The first two fish of the day(one from shore) where caught on my older muskie set up that is OLD. then i decided to throw my new setup and BOOM fish on. was quite the adrenaline rush followed by a nice FAT 40" fish. it seems every time i hook a fish i say OH SHHHH! Heres a short video hope you enjoy! question - i see people use the revo toro winch for bass? anyone here use that

A lot of bass fishermen use the normal spool winch for bass, however I've heard of bass fishermen using the toro winch for some serious long lining because of the massive spool capacity.

sTODDh - there are some people that fish this river mouth from kayaks for muskie! they have pretty awesome set ups I'm assuming the same as you would have for any big game fish! although I've never seen them hook into one, i imagine it would be a heck or a ride!
