The seat on my ride 115 recently broke, I purchased the boat from mariner sails earlier this year. So i sent an email to mike from mariner about a week and a half ago just to ask what kind of warrenty my boat had and if the seat would be coverd. I quickly recieved a return email. Not only did he tell me it would be covered but he had already spoke to wilderness systems and a new seat was being sent. I recieved a call today that my seat was in. So i wanted to take a minute to thank mike and mariner sails for once again giving me great service. Anyone looking to buy a kayak or kayak accessories should look no further then mariner sails.

I have other kayak dealers close around my area like Dicks, Mountain Sports, Backwoods...yada yada yada All within reasonable driving distance, but I rather take my business to Mariner Sails. They are the BEST in my book! All around great people.

Thanks so much for the kind words. Our goal is to be courteous and to take care of and "spoil" our customers in the same manner that we would want (and like) to be treated. Aris doesn't have to pound that into our heads . .. it is just the natural way we all seem to operate. Prior to joining Mariner's staff, I too was a spoiled customer for over eleven years. Whether or not I made a purchase, I was always welcomed when I came in to the store and regularly visited just to get what I called my "Mariner Fix". Even working here for several years, it still amazes me how most of our customers do not feel that they are just sources of revenue . . . but feel that they are our friends and a part of our extended family.

While I am at it, let me be the first to invite all of you to our annual Mariner Sails Holiday Bash that will be held in the store on Friday, December 7th. This annual affair is our one big opportunity to get all of our kayak, sailing, windsurfing, vendors, and friends together to have some fun festivities, libations and Aris' famous dolomas and drunken sailor meatballs. The is a family friendly event so everyone is welcome to attend. ou can expect to see your friends and meet another 200-250 new ones.
