Rockie there is a huge hole in the ramp.A boat broke its axle in it and they had to have a wrecker haul him out.

The real name of our club is Fielder Church Bass Club out of Arlington.Great Tournament put on by Fun N Sun.3 boat teams, max 3 fish per boat,16" minimum. The payback was good but the best part is that we get a free trip to Falcon, lodging at Jeff's "resort",meals and gas.

Congrats on the Win

Why would Fun N Sun put a club Tournament on a lake so far out West.

Should of picked more of a central location, if they wanted more teams to drive they could of made it on Lake Texoma

Congrats to Fielder on the win! Thanks to Monte and Jeff at Fun-N-Sun for putting this on. I'm only surprised more Clubs don't participate.

5 of the 6 on our team had never been on the lake before. After 2-3 days of practice and the tournament, I have to say seeing PK in my rear view mirror was a welcome site. I've never seen a lake that looked so good and fished so bad. Getting bites was hard and keeper bites almost impossible. Of the 81 teams on the water yesterday I would bet over 50 had 0 or 1 fish. I do hope the lake is more centralized next year so that teams from the eastern half of DFW are more inclined to participate, and maybe have a little experience on the lake. We'll be back!

Congrats to the Fielder Road guys. I'd be curious what part of the lake they found this school. I've been to PK twice in the last month, and have had 1 bite.

As far as why PK...I don't know for certain, but facilities and cost would be my guess. With 100% payout, the cost of the facility is going to be important--not to mention, you have to find a location that can handle that many boats. And there were several clubs from Dallas that made the trip.

And other than my inability to find any fish, the whole experience was fantastic. The smoked chicken and sausage was great, btw. It was worth the price of admission.

Fishing was tough for most, these guy's hit the right spots and I am sure it was still hard for them as well. Had a good time, wish I could have helped my team out better than what we did, but all in all, it was a fun day and the food the night before was very good as well.

Congratulations on your win. Our club lost interest when PK was selected, and we couldn't field a team. Was the 24 pounds the combined weight for all six anglers?

Congrats on your win. PK is coming back and should be great next year. I hope to make the Top Six next year so I can fish no matter where F&S decides to have it.

It was nice to fish a lake, other than in east texas. Was a tough bite, but the lake will be producing some sacks come next year. Cant always fish in your backyard, thanks again F&S.

My point of view here..........
Bring this type of event out to where REAL FISH ARE....EAST!!!!
If they can go that far West only fair to be East next time
