I'm heading to Tawakoni with a friend tomorrow (his boat). I haven't seen any recent reports. If anyone can PM me or reply to thread with reports or tips on Tawakoni crappie I'd sure appreciate it.

Just got back from Tawakoni. Used to fish this lake 10 times a year, but the last three years I am lucky to get there once a year. On Friday I could not get them to hit a jig. Had minnows for my partner and started fishing them around noon. Fished to 5:30 and had 26 very nice crappie. Some from the bridge but the majority from timber south of the bridge. Look for trees in 20ft plus of water. Fish suspended 10 to 14 ft. With the current full moon the bite was lite early picking up around noon to 4 PM.
