I got to work in the rain all day, so it was kind of like being in my kayak.

I spent all weekend at a Boy Scout campout and it poured most of the time!

We had at least 5" of rain from Friday evening to Sunday morning! laugh

It is still raining here so the tent will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday! bolt

I set mine up in the back yard yesterday evening when it finally quit drizzling. Gotta get it taken back down and put up so I can mow. I think my grass grew 7 or 8 inches from Friday evening when I left for the gtg to Sunday afternoon when I went outside to put the tent up.
It looks like the pool overflowed some too. That was a lot of rain. But it made for some good fishing...

Mine was finally dry enough yesterday afternoon to get it put up. Since I'm kinda laid up with my back, my wife and daughters got a lesson on truck unloading, tent folding and kayak storage. Now, I think they are a little more appreciative of what I go through when I go "play".

if I did that and then went fishing next weekend my yak would likely be found bouncing off 820 broken into pieces smile

Honey ... my back is hurting ... its good enough to go out and camp, fish, and play all weekend with the guys, but can you and the kids load everything up for me ... then unload and pack it all back up when I get home?

Charlie, all I can say is "you're my hero!!!!"

Seriously, hope the back gets to feeling better soon and glad to hear you have such a great family!!! Great seeing you this weekend as always!!
