We had our 2012 Homecoming Parade this weekend in Crandall. All organizations were asked to create a float. So, the HS Fishing Team decided we would decorate my boat and get it ready for the Homecoming Parade. It turned a lot of heads. The theme was, "Hook the Yellow Jackets". We took Yellow Jacket copy sheets laminated and hooked them on a weedless hook. As we were throwing candy out, a couple of the guys decided to cut off the hooks and tie on a Blow Pop and flip it out and pull it away from the crowd. This got really good reviews(I was scared it might be in poor taste), but I had many parents tell me the thought it was cool and funny. Enjoy!
