Anyone know where to get parts? I need a spool. Southwestern said they could not repair it for me and this was needed.

need a lil more info They told me that they could not find a spool for it and that was what was bad. Did not seem to want to offer up more info.

Spool seems to be stiff, I dropped it in the water once, took it apart and oiled it, But it has progressively gotten worse. To the point where it won't cast worth a carp. Feel a friction in the reel somewhere, took it to southwestern told me about Nov to have it fixed, called and said they could not get a spool for it. And that is about all they have said.

I would avoid buying anything from this place. The quoted the spool at more than I can buy an entire reel on ebay.

I would avoid buying anything from this place. why?I got my order no problems and faster than expected shipping. I've had nothing but trouble with them. I am not the only one either. Just do a google search with his name and you will see. Slow shipping, no communication is what got me. I'd never buy from him again.

I have one I can give you.
I thought I had twelve extras but I must have thrown them away. I converted all my solid spools to waffle spools.
I live in NE Dallas near white rock lake and my office is in Addison.
