How many fellow TFF'ers fish this trail?
I've been fishing the weekend series for quite a while and had the pleasure of joining in on one of the American Fishin trail tournaments on Bridgeport today
Really a good group of guys that welcomed me Serious competition but still laid back with a lot of comrodery between everyone
I know they have a couple of different division in north Texas

One is a more laid back regional club style. Where as the BWS is a little more state wide and glamed up

Is it still a boater and non boater draw? If they had one for east and northeast Texas lakes I think it would be a great opportunity

It's still has the draw format
The one we had today had 20 boaters with 4 non-boaters

I fish it and have for about six years now. Good group of guys and some good fisherman to boot. I've been to Nationals several times and that has been a blast so far.

American Fishing trail district 112Outstanding district of fisherman I have been fishing them for over 6 years and have been fishing with the director since our days in the USAF. He is top notch and works hard to make sure everyone is treated fairly and has a good time. Honestly there are trails that pay more and I have fished them, but for the love of the sport and the esprit de corps (morale), you cant beat it. From a personal perspective we a very competitive, but no one is a jerk and everyone assist each other if needed in emergency. I live in Flower Mound, Texas and make the drive to fish in the district, when there are plenty of clubs local that says a lot. The ABA annual national championship is to notch. For more info visit the national websites http://www.americanbassanglers.com/ and the local website http://www.americanbassanglers.com/districts2012.php?Division=112
