Yesterday I fished the Scott's Marina area of Grapevine lake. I pitched in the corner of a slip and a fat girl hit it. I got her in the boat and noticed she had a Flick Shake rigged green senko stuck in her gullet and about 4 feet of line dangling out. I removed the senko and jig and set her free.

For the poor angler who broke her off, she was 5lb 14 oz. Thought you might like to know.

Thanks for helping out the poor unfortunate animals.

Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

For those of you offended by a large picture. It's gone. This is why I post so infreqently on this site.

You just need to follow the same rules we do....just sayin'

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

Thanks for the reminder on the rule. That was the first posting with that picture. Did not realize it was that big.

Over and done.

There are very sensitive people here. Much worse than most church bulletin boards.

Cool story. To get to 5lb 14oz you need to add together about 10 of the fish I usually catch on the vine.

Dag Gum, I was wandering how good that fish was. Save that senko for me I'm running low. 10-4 on the TFF Police.
